PROF. SCAHILL WINS UNIVERSITY TEACHING AWARD

Prof. Scahill was honored this week with the Excellence in Teaching Award for tenure-track faculty in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The award is presented once a year at the University of Colorado Denver, and applicants are judged based on the quality of their course design, their impact on student learning, their dedication to education outside of the classroom, and the creativity and innovation of their teaching methods.

Following this award by the College of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Scahill will now be considered for the university-wide Excellence in Teaching Award. Read the full list of 2021 recipients here.
